Hough transform
可用來作向量化的依據

簡單說明：
直線方程式 y = mx + b
parameter space 就是 (b,m) 這空間中的點會對應到一條直線
但是因為 m 跟 b 沒有上下界
所以這個 space 就很大
為了讓 parameter space 有 bound 所以需要 Hough transform
直線方程式改為 y = (-cosθ/sinθ)x + r/sinθ
parameter space 是 (r,θ)
其中
r ＞ 0 , 0 ≦θ＜ 2PI
