Apache 不能啟動

我是用 port 安裝 Apache 1.3.27 的。
當我 apachectl start 的時候，就有一句 error message。
"httpd could not be started"

我 check 一下 log file，它說:
[Alert] mod_unique_id: unable to gethostbyname("")

但是我有在 /etc/hosts 加入
192.168.0.3   billy  billy.my.domain

怎麼辦？
