修改 /etc/syslog.conf
man syslog.conf
..........
# Log all writes to /dev/console to a separate file.
console.* /var/log/console.
...........
不過這樣子的話, 你就要自己定時檢查 log file
另外, 不建議讓 root 使用 telnet (太危險了.. 任何人在你和遠端主機之間都可以
攔截你的登入資料.. 個人認為 telnet 應該完全 disable)
比較安全的作法是讓 user 另外再加入 wheel group, 然後使用 ssh 登入.
登入後 user 再利用 "su" (superuser) 指令登入為 root.
如此一來其他閒雜人等就無法攔截你的登入資料,而你也可以從 log 裡面知道是誰登入
為 root.
