我今天從5.1到5.2可以成功，不過現在開機不會自動執行
/usr/local/etc/rc.d/裡的那些啟動服務的.sh檔，請問
是怎麼回事呢？會不會是mergemaster改錯了呢？

很多 service 都改用 rc.subr 了，例如 proftpd
現在要啟動 proftpd 的話，要在 /etc/rc.conf 中加上一行
proftpd_enable="YES"
你可以看一下 /usr/local/etc/rc.d/ 下面的那個 script 看看，
它會告訴你該怎麼做

#
#proftpd_enable="YES"
#
# See proftpd(8) for flags
