第2段的結論是說 因為私人飛機的數量減少 所以會降低空中碰撞的風險
D說空中碰撞的數量降低在最近幾年 我覺得也有支持阿
為什麼D錯 解答是說 A recent reduction of the number of collisions does not
explain their cause． 我還是看不太懂
有人可以解釋一下嗎 ORZ
