我的疑問是
在一開始第一句就提到從deregulation後 delays才大量增加
那如果要說是weather等原因好像說不通...?
如果跟weather有關 之前就有關了阿 為什麼還會是 since deregulation
另外選項C
我覺得也可以反駁
因為現在已經有超過60%的slots已經保留給commercial airlines
所以文章第二句的解決辦法將不成立呀~
(可是og卻說是support ????)
有人可以幫我解惑嗎???
