這道題表面上是考支持
實際上卻是叫我們反駁文章最後一句話：延長專利時限是不必要的
因為"其他產業"仍然有在花大錢研發，所以沒必要延長"藥妝業"的專利。
D說，藥妝業不能合法地防止同業競爭假如被證明兩種藥確實不同。
這句話就算成立，結論也不會因此而錯，相反的，專利就是要保護自己的利益
並防止別人競爭，如果防止不了，專利就失去了意義，就算延長了也沒用，
所以不構成對它的反駁，當然你可以說反而是加強了。
B說，因為專利到上市間需十年測試期，藥妝業只有十年的專利獲益時間，
這就說明了其他產業的例子不能類比到藥妝業上。故反駁成立。
