Yesterday (16 March 2011) I rescheduled the GRE general test from Tokyo to
Singapore due to the earthquake and the radiation leakage just happened few
days ago.
Rescheduling the appointment cost me ＄50 USD. However the earthquake is
an unpredictable situation, thus I don't think the rescheduling fee is
reasonable in my case. I would like to ask if you refund me the rescheduling
fee?

We have processed your request for a refund. A credit of $50 will be applied
to your credit/debit card in approximately 10 days.
