need for it - a "change gap" that has nearly tripled since 2006.
CEO of organizations with ourperforming revenue growth are more confident
about their ability to implement change.
Change gap 29%/underperformers v.s 19%/outperformers
The smaller change gap is not coz the outperformers face fewer challenges
or expect less change. Outperformers actually anticipate more change and are
