這邊的"wonky"應該不是用"奇詭"來翻譯

因為這邊是說蔡英文喜歡討論政策, 然後英文有個字是叫做 "policy-wonk"

應該形容算技術幕僚跟政策研究擬定者, 而且對技術細節很有興趣.

蔡英文本來就是法律跟policy背景的

但是你跟某些人講蔡英文是policy wonk, 一定會被批評說他是空心只會幻想政策
而不會有任何實際作為經濟給他一定崩潰blah blah blah.
