嚴格來講 台灣建商過去買地 養地 去那邊炒房 算比較有遠見的

畢竟開放外勞也有20-30年來 也有不少泰勞印勞越勞來台灣置產買房

表示說當外勞賺的錢可以來買房的


而澳洲 則是目前台灣勞工輸出最大國

如果建商不想這樣放掉這些外勞在澳洲置產 給澳洲建商大賺外匯的情況

不如先把一些土地賣一賣 近幾年台灣房產正在走空 不賣也等著貶值

不如現在賣 去澳洲買 然後開始做基礎建設 蓋二代宅三代宅...


依據台灣去澳洲生活的狀況 有不少人想脫離鬼島入澳

長期來看澳洲會大增不少台灣去的勞工

而台灣人習性就是有土斯有財 這些土地又不是集中的 可以分批

就像台灣的淡海新市鎮 新莊副都心 林口新市鎮 五股洲子洋 內湖五期 新店小碧潭...


這樣的一塊一塊規劃

少說可以再造20年房產榮景


建商還不快去搶購 之後買可沒這價格了
