上個月底在哈佛大學模擬聯合國會議上，
中國代表團因為打壓台灣而被「請」出場。

有位在美國留學的朋友正好有被加到中國人QQ群組，
故意用簡體中文和他們聊天，在裡面反串刺探敵情。@@

準備給哈佛模擬聯合國發一封聯名信，並抄送哈佛校方和聯合國。
該組織把中國台灣省當成一個國家羅列。這明顯地不符合聯合國的
基本常識。我中國代表團對此提出抗議，並要求其更正並作出公開
道歉。但是該組織沒有按我國代表團的要求做。我國代表團進一步
抗議，該組織就讓保安把我國代表團給驅逐了。真是中國人的奇恥
大辱。我寫好了這封聯名信，並請我的美國朋友做了語言上的修飾
。有誰想一起署名的？請發送您的姓名和聯系郵箱給我。

Title:  The organizers of Harvard Model United Nations 2015 should make a
public apology to the delegation of People's Republic of China

Dear organizers of the Harvard Model United Nations 2015,

  As Chinese citizens, we are saddened by what has happened between your
organization and its Chinese delegation. All countries should know that there
is only one China in the world, that is the People's Republic of China (中華
人民共和國). According to the "Country and area nomenclature, regional and
other groupings" issued by the real United Nations (see attachment), Taiwan
is one of many Chinese provinces.  In the United Nations, of which the so
called "Republic of China" ("中華民國") is NOT a member.  According to the
'United Nations General Assembly Resolution 2758' resolution passed on
October 25, 1971, the People's Republic of China (PRC) was recognized as
"the only legitimate representative of China to the United Nations" and
"the representatives of Chiang Kai-shek from the place which they unlawfully
occupy at the United Nations" was expelled.

Unfortunately, your organization’s program has listed Taiwan as a "country.”
It is obviously a common knowledge mistake but your explanation of "diversity"
should not be an excuse. We believe that your behavior is a violation of the
sovereignty of the People's Republic of China. Of course to err is human; to
forgive is divine. Since the name of your organization contains the words
"Harvard" and "United Nations," we believe we have the right to request an
honest public apology.

  For the credit of your organization, you should make a public apology.
  For sake of the truth, you should make a public apology.
  For sake of the fame of Harvard University and also the United Nations, you
should make a public apology.
  For the feeling of over 1.4 billion Chinese people including those who stay
in the USA, you should make a public apology.

台灣在此次事件中作為country出席  而country在國際法中是有指作地區的情況的
香港澳門 美屬波多黎各 都是用country的  只能說不嚴謹

'外交'無小事，必須錙銖必較。更何況這次事件被來自世界的各個國家的代表團都看到了
。

至少要先搞清楚country的意思吧

李ＸＸ學長既然是博士  那探索問題的能力一定比我一個本科生的要高出許多 所以如果
他願意  並且查完具體的名詞含義之後  希望能多指導指導我：）

我請教過美國朋友。按照一般的理解，他們認為country一詞就是主權國家。以聯合國公
布的為標准。we do not want to play the word.

如果學長你想要繼續以中國人聯名信的形式寫的話  麻煩您修改最後一段1.4 billion

你既然模擬的是聯合國，自然就應該按照聯合國的那一套來做。

那請問除了請教美國朋友，你還在哪個文獻或者正式的法案裡看到country是主權國家的
呢？

哈佛模聯 一個松散的沒有什麼政治意味的組織 搞個活動把世界各地的愛好者聯合起來樂
樂都被上綱上線了 就因為活動中采取了像聯合國一樣把台灣單獨列國的做法居然被認為
認為整個活動具有聯合國那樣的外交性質  這還不算敏感？

沈：
哈佛的人這麼做，不過是平常歐美學校裡教育的反應，比如你去問美國高中生，有一些人
認為西藏是一個國家，至多是中國的一個植民地。
