不過先聲明,
新南群島案與自稱佔領方授權的林志昇台灣民政府無關,
是一群被佔領方的人民(旭日行動會)自行向美國法院控告美國石油公司非法入侵新南群島.

這是之前20140711鄭弘儀專訪曾律師講述新南群島案,

現在上訴到上訴法院,

2. 聯合國經濟理事會2007年7月26日第46次全體會議：「…7.
重申巴勒斯坦人民和佔領敘利亞戈蘭的阿拉伯人民對其所有
自然資源和經濟資源享有不可剝奪的權利，
要求佔領國以色列不要開採、危害、浪費或耗盡這些資源。」

The 46th plenary meeting of the United Nations Economic Council in July 26,
2007: “.7. Reaffirmed the Palestinian people and the Arab population in the
occupied Syrian Golan inalienable right to all their natural and economic
resources, Israel, the occupying Power, not to exploit, endanger, waste or
depletion of these resources.”
