川普的信息收集工作還差一些。
internet的核心管理權在ICANN手裡，
這個組織是美國政府成立的，他掌握
着世界上最重要的13台核心DNS。
只要關掉，internet立刻癱痪一半。它
還掌握着IP地址和域名的分配權，只要
它將這些順序弄亂，另一半也癱痪了。
ICANN在2009年名義上脫離了美國政府
的直接控制，但是實際控制權還在美國
政府手裡，美國政府隨時可以下令它關閉網路。
也就是開關掌握在美國政府手裡。只要
川普能當選美國總統，他立刻可以簽署
命令關閉網路。
