題目為下列敘述是否正確
The rank of a matrix is either the number of its nonzero rows
or the number of its nonzero columns , whichever is smaller.
答案為錯
不太懂為什麼
因為
假設 A為5X3 那麼rank(A)≦3
假設 A為2X4 那麼rank(A)≦2
所以這題應該正確才對不是嗎?
