putout(刺殺)
In baseball statistics, a putout is given to a
defensive player who records an out by one of the following methods:
在棒球統計中，一個守備員以下列方法紀錄出局數，算該守備員一次刺殺:
tagging a runner with the ball
用球觸殺跑者
touching a base that a runner on a force play is trying to reach
接球後碰觸被迫進壘的跑者試圖搶佔的壘包
catching a third strike
三振算捕手一次刺殺
catching a batted ball on the fly
接殺飛球
assist(助殺)
An assist is awarded to every defensive player who touches the ball
(after it has been hit by the batter) prior to the recording of a putout.
在打者擊出球後，在刺殺之守備員之前所有碰觸到球的守備員算一次助殺。
ex.捕手傳二壘阻殺一壘往二壘盜的跑者，捕手算一次助殺，作觸殺動作的二壘手
或游擊手算一次刺殺。
封殺應該是國內自己發明的名詞...
民生報在報導雅典奧運攻守紀錄時也只有提到刺殺跟助殺...
