我不是大大，就我知道的部分講一下
大聯盟農場的大部分新秀都是經由選秀才進入該球隊的，

a major league or minor league contract. Residents of Puerto Rico
and other territories of the United States are also eligible
for the draft. Also considered are players who enroll in a

你說的經由測試可以直接加入該球隊的球隊應該是超出上面提到條件的球員，
這些人是以自由球員的身分和球隊簽約而加入球隊，陳金鋒，松井秀喜都是
用這種方式加入球隊
實際上選秀的效力還是在，只是競爭海外球員方面要各憑本事
