: training with a windup.
: It's not that he didn't have one before, he just stopped using it years ago
: after undergoing Tommy John surgery for the second time in his career.
: Kuo, along with his reclaimed windup, pitched two scoreless innings in the
: Dodgers' 5-2, come-from-behind exhibition victory over the New York Mets on
: Saturday afternoon at Tradition Field.

道奇隊投手郭泓志在春訓比賽中，使用了揮臂式的方式投球。
其實這並非郭泓志首次用這種方式投球。郭泓志在幾年前第二次動完 "湯米約翰"手術
後，便被禁止用這種方式投球。而郭泓志在週六下午對大都會隊的比賽中，找回了以往
投球方式，道奇也以 5:2 擊敗了大都會。

: "I liked the way he looked out there," Dodgers manager Grady Little said of
: Kuo, a candidate for the fifth starting spot. "He looks like he's been
: throwing the ball better than he was at the end of last season. He had a
: little more confidence in his command out of the stretch last year, and he
: stuck with it."

當總教練 Little 談論到郭泓志，這位第五號先發投手候選人時，表示：「我喜歡他用
這種方式丟球」；「他看起來丟得比上季季末的時候還要好。去年他伸展手臂投球時，
對於控球比較有自信。而他現在更把這種投球姿勢固定了。」

: Kuo was told by the coaching staff at the end of last season to try working
: on his windup during the offseason. It has gotten to the point that he is
: comfortable with it, though hasn't seen any noticeable change in his velocity
: or command. But he'll keep using it.
: "I'm still working on getting better," he said.

教練團在上個球季結束時，叮嚀郭泓志要在這個冬天持續練習揮臂式的投球動作。原因
在於郭泓志比較喜歡用這種方式丟球，縱使這樣對於他的球速及控球並沒有顯著的改變，
但他還是會繼續使用這種投球方式。

郭泓志說：「我會持續練習，把它練得更好」。
