: 我看了大半天還是看不懂這段話是什麼意思
: 我去查了一下字典 thumbprint是姆指指紋的意思
: 可是還是搞不懂這段話是在說小小郭什麼

這句話的意思是有一個在星期天投到第六局道奇先發投手，不用二張身份證了。
暗諷道奇的先發投手都投不長。身份證二張但是上面捺的是同一個人的指紋，所以
叫two forms of identification and a thumbprint。
其實你可以看下面有指出自九月十五日起除了 Derek Lowe外，第一次有先發投手投到
第七局。這是相呼應的。
