Yes, this is just a very tiny war that only few people would know.

month.
Nobody would recall it.
But we fought for it.
We carry no guns, face no smokes and cruel battlefields.
We use applications less than 5mb, mouses cheaper than 1,000 NTD, and computers
which can just connect to internet.
We dont have to take risk of our lives, or stand in the front of crossing fire.
We only do are sitting in the cozy conditioned rooms, exloring webpages, and
then make sure the Sippery Monkey and the Alpha Series are working.
Maybe it's very ridiculous, or just our self satification.
But we fought for it. We fought for our country, our beloved formosa.
"There you see, even Japs would admire our fighting capability."
"There you see, even Chins would not catch us so easy."
Every battle is glorious, even we marked no honorable scars, occupied no
further soil, or beated no living enemies.
But we fought for it. Only few clicks on the mouse, people in other
nations would here the sounds from Taiwan.

Father pointed to the beautiful L curve and whispered to his son.
"But where is Taiwan, dad?"
Young boy before education age asks his father by the local accent.
"Right here, son, Taiwan is so tiny compared with Japan or Hungary.."
Father find out Taiwan on the globe, it's on the edge of Pacific Ocean.

This war may not be important enough to be considered.
It may be forgotton three or five years after... or even shorter.
But we participated.
It is not guns or cannon we need to carry; what we
rely on is a less than 5Mb software, a pointing device
and a pc that connects to the Internet.
We do not have to join the front line under gun fires.
All we have to do is to sit in the air-con room,
browsing webpages, and watching our self-produced
monkey and alpha series complete the job.
It might sound silly, but it's just self satisfying;
satisfying our belief of battling for our beloved country, Taiwan.
"Look, even Japan's applauding for our effort"
"Look, even China's unable to catch up"
We honored every battle, even if we don't leave any honoralbe scars,
conquer additional land, or kill anybody.
Eventhough we're still fighting with mouse clicks,
but we're able to surface Taiwan and rise our voice.
"Look, Taiwan reached the third" Said softly by a caucasian father pointing the L curve.
"But, where is Taiwan?" asked by a unschooled child.
"Right here, look, compare with Japan and Hungary, it's so tiny..."
pointed by the father on the map, somewhere near the pacific.
Maybe few years later, this war will be forgotton;
maybe few year later, Taiwan will no longer be Taiwan.
But, we fought, we did what we could for our beloved country.
Are you willing to engage for Taiwan?

我再改了一下，
但我想，因為是英文文宣，
應該沒規定必須一定是中文文宣的翻譯版本，
所以改的篇幅比較大，不過還是文意還是照著原文走。
還有，時態全部改成現在式了。

which can just connect to internet.
What we have in hand in this virtual war are programs less than 5mb,
mouses cheaper than NTD$1,000, and computers connecting to the Internet only.
applications我有查程式的意思，但我想大部分的人還是比較習慣program
的說法，可能兩個所代表的意義有所差別，但我不是讀這方面的，就還是用一般常用的
program，考慮到文字的修飾，我就沒整個跟著原文詞句翻了，只取其義。
We don't have to take risks of our lives, or stand in the front of crossing
fire.
What we only have to do is sitting in the cozy conditioned rooms, connecting
to the webpage, and then make sure the Slippery Monkey and the Alpha Series are
working.
Instead of standing in the battlefront like thoses in the real world,
soldiers in the click game sit in the cozy, air-conditioned rooms, look into
the screens, and make sure the Slippery Monkey and the Alpha Serise*
keep running.
這邊我把兩句話合併，比較簡潔，要不然會感覺跟上兩句一樣，變化較少。

這邊我會建議用Taiwan，不是政治考量，
而是網頁上寫的是"You are clicking for Taiwan"，才會對應。

"There you see, even Chineses could not catch us so easy."
There you see! Chinese can not catch up with us easily.
Every battle is glorious; even we marked no honorable scars, occupied no
further soil, or beated no living enemies.
This virtual click battle is glorious, even though there are no
honorable sarcs marked, no further soil taken, no living enemies beaten.
But we have fought for it. With a few clicks on the mouse, people in other
nations would hear the sounds from Taiwan.
Still, we are fighting.
People in the world hear the voice from Taiwan with a click sound of a mouse.
*note: The Slippery Monkey and The Alpha Series are two kinds of computer
programs that Taiwan clickers use in the click game. The Slippery Monkey
is invented by XXX (sorry,我不知道是誰XD), and The Alpha Series is invented
by a clicker nicknamed "ward."

來個不一樣的版本，
有加上一些自己的詮釋，若有冒犯原作請見諒。
It is only a trivial battle.
A battle that has never been known by the past and would likely to be
forgotten in the near future.
However, we are all part of the story.
Instead of the raging battle field, this battle is taken place on the
internet; Instead of guns and cannons, our weapons are our computers and
clicking devices (with some extra help of automation programs).
There's nothing about life and death.
In a air-conditioned room, we are surfing the interne while seeing those
hard-working little programs doing their jobs.
Maybe it is silly, or you may say, self-satisfactory.
But We are fighting. For us, we are fighting for our country.
"See, even Japan has to admire our power! "
"See, China cannot even come close to us!"
Each battle is glorious. Even though there's no wounds of glory, there's no
territory conquered, there's no knocked down enemy.
But we are fighting! Even just a few clicks of the mouse.
We let the rest of the world hear the voice of Taiwan.
"Taiwan is number.3 right now" A dad talked to his little child.
" Yeah, but where is Taiwan?" The kid answered with his foreign accent.
"Over here, what a small place compared to Hungry or Japan!"
The dad pointed on somewhere on the Pacific Ocean. The tiny little island
that' s hardly spotted. Small island it may be, the people on this island are
still divided for the sake of there own believes.
Maybe after a few years, the world will forget all about this battle. Maybe
after a few years, this island Taiwan may have a different name.
But in the hot summer of 2007, we fought, we tried, we fought so hard for
this little place called Taiwan.
That's enough.
That's enough, really.
