Prospect for new clients and expand the industry participant list. ‧ Continuously accumulate deep knowledge in assigned industry(s) or market and to be ready as an industry or market expert of the team. ‧ Deliver survey activities including data validation, data collection & data processing. ‧ Interpret survey findings to client and provide appropriate and tailor-made solutions to address specific client needs. ‧ Client service - constantly answer client queries on survey results or compensation and benefits information. ‧ Prepare and conduct presentations on pre-survey, post survey and custom survey/project assigned ‧ Determine client specific project scope on Rewards strategy including job evaluation, salary structure, salary matrix and compensation strategy. ‧ Manage and deliver rewards projects and ensure project efficiency.
