Juande Ramos took a pragmatic view of the 6-4 thriller against Reading on
Saturday.

Ten goals went in but more importantly, three points were banked for the
fourth time in five matches as we climbed up to 12th in the Barclays Premier
League.

The scoring went as follows - 1-0, 1-1, 1-2, 2-2, 2-3, 3-3, 3-4, 4-4, 5-4 and
finally 6-4 as we made it 11 goals in our last two games.

Dimitar Berbatov led the way with four goals - our first hat-trick since
Jermain Defoe's treble against Southampton in December, 2004 - including
three fine finishes, two into the top corner, another a volley with his back
to goal. Steed Malbranque also found the top corner but argubly the most
important goal was the fifth as Defoe followed in Robbie Keane's saved
penalty to hand us back the lead.
"It was a strange match," said Head Coach Juande. "I was pleased with how we
came back after going behind but there were errors that we need to correct
for the future. It's not normal for the home team to concede four goals.
