國際間的最新消息！就在俄羅斯與喬治亞停戰24小時，俄羅斯大軍再度將大批坦克車
，開往喬治亞首都提比利斯，對此美國總統布希已經公開表示，下令美軍以人道救援
目的進駐喬治亞，並要求俄羅斯撤軍，喬治亞情勢，已經演變成美俄間角力戰。


布希同時向俄羅斯呼籲，希望俄羅斯遵守國際協定，不要阻擋以美軍為首的救援行動
，保持港口暢通，同時要求俄羅斯撤軍，布希此番話是針對俄羅斯，在停火24後，再
度傳出派大軍駛進喬治亞首都，所做出的回應，布希捍衛喬治亞立場相當堅定，也使
得喬治亞問題，成為美俄最新角力戰場。

美國總統布希：「我已經下令國防部長成立，以美軍為首的人道救援部隊，進入喬治
亞，我們期待俄羅斯將進駐，喬治亞的軍隊撤離。」

Bush orders aid to Georgia, Rice to visit Tbilisi

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - President George W. Bush told Russia on Wednesday to
end the crisis with Georgia and ordered Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice
 to Tbilisi to show "unwavering" U.S. support for the former Soviet republic.

Bush, who spoke with Georgian President Mikheil Saakashvili earlier in the
day, also ordered the U.S. military to deliver humanitarian aid to Georgia.

His moves marked Washington's strongest show of support for Georgia since the
conflict erupted last week.

"The United States of America stands with the democratically elected government
 of Georgia. We insist that the sovereignty and territorial integrity of
Georgia be respected," Bush told reporters at the White House.
