on 12 September 2006. On 13 September 2006 Congressman Bernard turned
down the Democratic nomination and declared an independent candidacy
for the November election.
看來似乎是他獲得民主黨初選勝利,但他卻放棄民主黨籍
改以無黨籍身分參選嗎
為何他會這樣做?
