利比亞前能源部長投誠馬爾他

馬爾他外交部今天(7日)表示，前利比亞能源部長夏特萬(Omar Fathi bin Shatwan)已經
從被戰火包圍的利比亞城市米斯拉特(Misrata)逃到馬爾他。

　　馬爾他外交部指出，夏特萬1日搭乘小型拖網漁船抵達馬爾他，不過他的行蹤保密。

　　夏特萬2007年離開利比亞政府前，也曾擔任利比亞工業部長，以及利比亞和馬爾他的
一個雙邊委員會主席。

　　馬爾他一直利用拖網漁船，提供利國第三大城米斯拉特有限度的人道援助，不過這是
首次證實有利比亞人利用這些援助船隻逃跑。

　　在利比亞爆發反抗其領導人格達費(MuammarGaddafi)的抗爭風潮前，利比亞的原油產
量約佔全球2%。
