Agree (should): (1) Jobs today are based more on the requirement of solid education,and people make more money over their lifetime because education is both an investment for the community and the individual. Plus, a lot of companies prefer to hire someone with at least a high school education. If a person has a hard time finding a job, then they are more likely to end up living on public welfare and on a vicious cycle of poverty.
