Iverson, Richardson Named Players of the Week
Players of the Week, Nov. 10-16
NEW YORK, Nov. 17 – Philadelphia’s Allen Iverson and the Los Angeles
Clippers’ Quentin Richardson were today named the Eastern Conference
and Western Conference Players of the Week, respectively, for games
played Monday, November 10 through Sunday, November 16.
Iverson led the Sixers to a 2-1 record by averaging 31.7 points, 7.7
assists, 4.0 rebounds and 3.67 steals. For the week, Iverson led the
NBA in minutes per game, was second in scoring and steals per game and
fifth in assists per game.
Richardson led the Clippers to a 3-0 record with averages of 27.3 points,
10.7 rebounds, 2.3 assists and 1.3 steals. He recorded career highs of 32
points and 16 rebounds on November 11 in the Clippers' 115-103 win over
Atlanta.

Allen Iverson, Philadelphia 76ers
November 11 at Washington – Scored a season-high 40 points while adding
four assists, four steals and three rebounds as the Sixers defeated the
Wizards 112-105.
November 14 vs. San Antonio – Recorded his third double-double of the
season with 36 points and a season-high 12 assists, along with four
rebounds and three steals in a 100-96 victory over the Spurs.
November 15 at Cleveland – Had 19 points, seven assists, five rebounds,
four steals and one block in a 91-88 loss on the road against the Cavaliers
in overtime.
Quentin Richardson, Los Angeles Clippers
November 11 vs. Atlanta – Recorded career highs of 32 points and 16
rebounds while dishing out five assists along with one steal and one
block in the Clippers 115-103 victory over the Hawks.
November 14 at Golden State – Had 19 points, seven rebounds and two
assists in the Clippers 104-98 win over the Warriors in Oakland.
November 15 vs. Orlando – Scored 31 points on a career-high 13 field
goals, nine rebounds, three steals and one block as the Clippers defeated
the Magic 95-92.

Eddie Jones and Lamar Odom, New Jersey’s Kenyon Martin, New Orleans’
