拿AP入境後,只要替原雇主用H1工作,你的H1仍是有效的

這邊提到:

apply for an extension of H or L status, and the approval of that extension

這是說使用AP後，若下次要用H1回來必須等到H1b需要extend時才可以?
我不能隨時跑回去AIT辦簽證?
