B. Recuritment by employer
兩個月, 登廣告的時間
C. 正式送 LC Application 到DOL
一到三個月
D. Approval of LC
(Note.) PERM有可能被audit, audit的時間可能持續兩年
2. 等配額, 這邊時間花最久 (EB3目前排到2005 MAY, EB2目前current)
case 1. 已有配額 I140 I485同時送
I140: 顧主為你到USCIS申請職業移民
I485: 自己申請調整身份
case 2. 尚無配額 先送 I140有配額後再送I485
A. 送件, case 1 or case 2
B. 拿到EAD
C. 拿到綠卡
3. 海外家屬移民簽證
