[問題] I-765 一個問題

我現在是F1 OPT身分 在四月一日要和未婚夫(美國公民)結婚.

1. 我在填I-765的第16個選項遇到了問題,不知道該填什麼.

2. 我是不是該勾選 Permission to accept employment.  然後A number那邊留白?

3. 我爬文時看到板友說 OPT的A number不能繼續用, 那我在申請綠卡的時候是

   不是都不需要填寫A number?

推 hulapig:我opt換eb2填資料時，是用我opt的A number
→ hulapig:而新的EAD上的A number和我opt的不一樣(如果沒記錯的話)

推 shanindc:我最近也再填, 如果你是因為file I-485而申請EAD的話,
→ shanindc:那麼1.是填 ( )(c)(9), 可參考instruction p.2-p.5
→ shanindc:但若你是因未婚妻身分要申請EAD, 那就是別的category
