就我所知，
upgrade通常是看機票的型態，或是旅客是否為會員
應該會優先給會員，且使用較貴的機票，例如年票的使用者先upgrade，
至於checkin的順序似乎比較沒有太大關係
我的母親就有從經濟艙upgrade到頭等艙的經驗，而且不止一次
因為她都是用年票....
