日本通信、外国人旅行者の必携アイテムVISITOR SIMで
とっても便利な空港受け取りサービス開始

日本通信株式会社は、日本での観光旅行をますます楽しく、便利にする、外国人
旅行者必携のSIM「VISITOR SIM」で、空港受け取りサービスを開始いたします。
本サービスを利用すると、空港（新千歳・成田・羽田・中部・関西・広島・福岡
・鹿児島・那覇）の 郵便局で「VISITOR SIM」受け取ることができるようになり
ました。

外国人旅行者の皆様から、空港に到着したらすぐにSIMを受け取り、使い慣れた自
分のスマートフォンに装着し、インターネットの便利さをフル活用したい、とい
ったご要望をいただいていました。

そこで日本通信では、11月5日（月）の申込受付分よりVISITOR SIMの空港受け取
りサービスを開始することにいたしました。郵便手数料210円を追加するだけで、
空港の郵便局でSIMカードをお受け取りいただけます。しかもご不明な点は、月曜
～土曜までの週6日、英語専用コールセンターで、英語によるサポートが受けられ
ます。グローバル展開している日本通信ならではのサポートです。

日本政府は、観光客の誘致を積極的に進めています。日本通信はこの方針に協力
し、ニーズに即したSIMサービスの企画・開発・提供することで、日本での観光旅
行をますます楽しく、便利に、そして限られた滞在時間を有効に活用するための

ご参考：
 VISITOR SIMには2種類、4つのパッケージ（マイクロSIMと標準SIM）があります。

・b-mobile VISITOR SIM 14Days Prepaidは 14日間、定額で使えるもの。VoIPやス
トリーミングは非対応ですが、スマートフォンでご利用いただくには、十分なパフ
ォーマンスです。

・b-mobile VISITOR SIM 1GB Prepaidは1GB分を使えるもので、Skype等のVoIPサー
ビスを使う人に最適です。

いずれも日本の最も広い3G（W-CDMA/HSPA）エリアで利用できるSIMカードで、 日本
通信の英語ウェブサイト(http://www.bmobile.ne.jp/english/)で購入できます。

JCI Introduces “Hold at Airport Location” options for b-mobile VISITOR
SIM, the Mobile Broadband Essentials for International Visitors to Japan

TOKYO, Japan – November 5, 2012 – Japan Communications Inc. (JCI) today
announced “Hold at Airport Location” options, new means for international
visitors to Japan to conveniently receive b-mobile VISITOR SIM products for
use during their stays in Japan.  The “Hold at Airport Location” options
enable the visitors to pick up their pre-ordered b-mobile VISITOR SIM
products at Japan Post branch office located at major airports on a specific
date, just as they arrive in Japan.

The “Hold at Airport Location” options are available for customers to
specify one Japan Post branch office location from branches located at the
following nine airports as they order b-mobile VISITOR SIM products: New
Chitose, Narita, Haneda, Chubu, Kansai, Hiroshima, Fukuoka, Kagoshima, and
Naha (Okinawa).

The “Hold at Airport Location” options are offered in response to growing
demands from international visitors to Japan. The visitors would wish to
order b-mobile VISITOR SIM products on the web before leaving for Japan,
receive SIM packages as they land at airports in Japan, insert SIMs to their
smartphones at the airports, and swiftly be equipped to enjoy the full access
to the mobile Internet throughout their stays in Japan.

The “Hold at Airport Location” options are specifically designed to be
simple and convenient.  Upon ordering b-mobile VISITOR SIM products on the
web, customers simply need to add 210 Japanese Yen as the postage fee and
select their arrival date and an airport location in Japan to hold the SIM
product packages.  The packages then await the customers at the Japan Post
branch office inside the airport to be picked up.  The new, value-add options
for the b-mobile VISITOR SIM products are available for orders received as of
Monday, November 5, 2012.

The English language support call center is available six days a week from
Monday to Saturday to assist English-speaking customers.  These unique
products and services for international visitors to Japan are made possible
by JCI through its global business presence.

By offering its specialized products such as b-mobile VISITOR SIM products,
JCI fully endorses the ongoing programs by the Japanese Government, which
promote international tourists to Japan.  The products would enable the
visitors to maximize the enjoyable time during their stays in Japan by
empowering them with access to the mobile Internet.

b-mobile VISITOR SIM products are offered in two types, each either in micro
SIM or regular SIM and offered at 3,980 yen each.
b-mobile VISITOR SIM 14Days Prepaid:  a 14-day, unlimited data, fixed price
product.  This product provides an adequate level of performance for use with
smartphones, while restricting VoIP and data- streaming;
b-mobile VISITOR SIM 1GB Prepaid: a 1GB data package, the best with VoIP such
as Skype as well as with data streaming usage.

b-mobile VISITOR SIM products use Japan’s largest 3G (W-CDMA/HSPA) service
area network.
