Dear Guest,

Thanks for flying with Scoot from Taipei on 02 February 2013, and our
apologies that the flight was delayed.

In keeping with our Guest Promise, we’ve issued you a SGD$50 Scoot travel
voucher as a token of our apology. To redeem it, please see the instructions
at the bottom of this email.

We realize the experience was frustrating, and we are reviewing how we could
have handled the situation, especially the flow of information, better. We
hope that the voucher goes a little way toward redressing the situation.

大概就是說我們會遵照我們的客戶承諾給予補償
星幣50 我算一下約台幣1000多 不無小補
但是下方額外說明 Travel must be completed by 30 September 2013.
就是說暑假要再出去一次XDD
