[資訊] 酷航的Cabin baggage行李限重

因為爬文和google都沒看到相關資訊, 今天就打電話去找口音很重的英文客服了

1. 有帶筆電的話可以帶一件10kg的行李, 不一定要分7kg+3kg
2. iPad算筆電, 所以塞一個iPad進行李就可以多3kg

主要是FAQ裡面這項很誤導人, 看起來像是在原本的包包之外讓你多帶一個筆電+手提袋
2.10 How much carry-on baggage can I take?

All guests (adult and child) occupying their own seat are permitted to take up
to 7KG of cabin baggage onboard. Carry-on baggage/ Cabin Baggage may consist of
one (1) small bag or briefcase that does not exceed dimensions of 54cm x 38cm x
23cm (total linear dimensions 115cm). In addition to the carry-on baggage
allowance, one of the following personal items may be carried in the cabin:

A laptop computer, handbag, pocketbook or purse (of reasonable size).
A pair of crutches or prosthetic device – for use, provided that the guest is
dependent on them for mobility.

還有就是平板算不算laptop困擾我很久...
推 d118:官網不是有寫除隨身物品（手提包、相機、傘類等）之外,可以

客服有說沒帶筆電就只能帶7kg

Economy class - Limited to one piece of up to 7kg, (+ 3kg allowance if a laptop
 is carried).

推 ed5:好感謝喔~終於知道重量的規定了，原本也在疑惑中
推 largesperm:我做酷航 從來沒量過我背包的重量
→ largesperm:我猜是像一樓講的 隨身不管你 手提行李才算重量
→ largesperm:我有買 15kg 兩個人加起來 30kg 就行了
→ largesperm:算總重 不算單獨重
→ largesperm:保險一點 買 15kg 的
15kg不是只有ScootBiz class嗎? 這要兩倍價耶 @@
