[情報] SUPER HOTEL寄放行李＆使用信用卡

因為我的行程事先在SUPERHOTEL住兩天
然後去箱根三天
回來繼續住其他家旅館
所以就很煩惱寄放行李的地方
找到的資料都是寫SUPERHOTEL可接受提前借放
及前後有住 中間沒住的借放
並未提到check out之後的情況
於是我寫信去問
他們回了這麼長一篇：

<About reservation>------------------------------------------------------
Question : How early can I make a reservation?
Answer   : We accept a reservation from 3 months before your arrival date.

<About Room>-----------------------------------------------------------
Question : What type of double room( named Super Room) is for 3 people?
Answer   : The room has one double bed and one lofted single bed with
           ladder.

Question : Do you have lady's floor?
Answer   : Yes we have. If you request it , please kindly let us know when
           you make a reservation.

Question : Is it possible to connect internet in the room by free?
Answer   : Yes it is possible. ( PC is not settled / LAN connect)
           There are 2 PC and 1 printer at lobby.( It is free )

Question : Is there phone in the room?
Answer   : We are sorry,but there is not phone in all rooms.
           But Free IP phone is settled at lobby.(35 countries is available)

<About Check in / Check out time>-----------------------------------------
Question : What time do you start check-in procedure from.
Ansewr   : Check-in procedure is started from 15:00.
           The latest check-in is 12:00midnight( We do not accept
           check-in procedure after 12:00midnight )
           Check-out time is 10:00am

<About baggage>---------------------------------------------------------
Question : Is it possible to keep our baggages before check-in or after
           check-out?
Answer   : Yes. we can  keep our guest's baggages during the following
           time.

           7:00am-12:00midnight
           Hotel entrance door is closed from 10:00 to 15:00.
           If you arrive at our hotel around this time , we can open
           the door by doorbell.

           這樣表示說即使已經check-out了仍可以寄放行李喔 所以可以好好利用吧？

Question : Is it possible to deliver our baggages to the NARITA AIRPORT?
Answer   : Yes , we have charged delivery service to the NARITA AIRPORT.


<About Payment>---------------------------------------------------------
Question : Do you accept credit card?
Answer   : We are very afraid that we do not accept credit card at present.
           But we have been preparing for accepting credit card in the
           near future.
           這應該是指說以後也許可以接受信用卡吧？不過我還是喜歡付現啦


可能是現在SUPERHOTEL的外國人太多了
所以現在居然有這種Q＆A
蠻有趣的

推 wch2:最好還是問清楚吧 他的回答中也只說可以從7:00~24:00
→ wch2:一般情形都只有當天 建議最好問清楚可不可以讓你放"三天"
推 assss:應該是不可以吧 除非你後來有續住 他說的應該都是指當天
→ assss:而且他可能根本沒有看你信的內容 直接貼問與答給你

 去箱根三天之後,會再回東京嗎??

 最安全的方式是super 退房後,先把行李拉去三天後要住的飯店,一定會讓你寄放的啦.

 只是...不如就這麼拉去箱根吧??!!

 我有幫你寫日文信詢問super city 池袋北口,有回音再說囉.

 網站上是寫放時間 AM7:00--00:00

 貼過來是亂碼.不過Super hotel City 池袋北口針對我詢問可否寄放三天,

 是表達沒問題.

 回函大約是說:Wang 先生(小姐)感謝您的來信詢問,退房後的寄放行李沒問題.
