Byron Scott On Jeremy Lin: ‘Love The Way He Pushes The Ball’

Although many questioned the reasoning behind the trade, with Lin coming off
a disappointing stint in Houston, new head coach Byron Scott has been
impressed with what he’s seen out of the Harvard product.

在火箭被綁手綁腳打的不順的林書豪, 湖人把他交易來這件事仍遭到不少的質疑, 但總
教練Scott表示他對林書豪的身手有很好的印象

Scott said the following about Lin after the second day of practice at the
team’s facility in El Segundo, according to Lakers Nation reporter Serena
Winters:

Byron Scott on Jeremy Lin: "I love the way he pushes the ball in the open
floor. He hasn't disappointed me at all."

訓練營第二天後, Scott針對林書豪做出了以下的表示
他說: 我喜愛他在場上推動球的方式, 他完全也沒讓我失望

As of right now, the consensus is that Steve Nash will keep his role as the
starting point guard heading into next season. Nash has reportedly looked
good in scrimmages over the past few weeks, showing no ill effects from his
injury-plagued season last year.

現在看來, Nash明顯的會是新球季的先發控衛, 因為他的各種狀況看來都相當好

Although Nash may ultimately be the starter on Oct. 28 against the Rockets,
Lin has definitely shown that he will get considerable minutes in Los
Angeles. Lin may eventually contend for the starting role if Nash struggles
or simply is unable stay healthy.

雖然10/28開幕賽打火箭應該是由Nash先發, 但林書豪無疑的已然嶄露出能在湖人獲得
大量上場時間的能力, 而他最終也可能會因為Nash表現不佳 or 健康問題而來競逐先發

Regardless of who may or may not be the starter, the Lakers have a good
situation in the backcourt with the combination of Lin and Nash. Rookie
Jordan Clarkson may also play a big role if Nash does become an injury
concern once again. Also, Ronnie Price could make an impact if the team
decides to keep him on the roster.

無論誰打先發控衛, 湖人都將因為後場有著林書豪與Nash而受益, 而菜鳥Clarkson或許
也能在Nash狀況不佳時獲得更多的發揮空間, 另外若湖人願意給機會, Ronnie Price也
會成為不可小覷的球員
