   Juventus was first at the end of Serie A 2002/2003,
   after the great comeback finished on the 5th of May.
   But bianconeri were first in front of everyone else
   also at the end of 2002, a remarkable year for Juventus,
   which set many records, especially the one of the points
   gained from January to December (72) and the one of the
   longest winning streak (7).

   Buffon played all the matches in Serie A, for 2970 minutes.

   Here are the numbers of Marcello Lippi's team, in Serie A,
   from January to December: in the brackets there are the
   numbers of the second half of the 2001/2002 season and of
   the first half of the 2002/2003 season.

    Buffon always present 

   Record non only for the team but also for the single players.
   One of these was the one set by Gianluigi Buffon.

   He was one of the three players who was on the pitch for all
   the 33 matches of 2003 in Serie A. The other two were the
   Bologna goalkeeper Gianluca Pagliuca and the Perugia defender,
   the Brazilian Ze Maria. Buffon played then for 2970 minutes.


    Undefeated from April to September 

   Another record: Juventus has the longest winning streak in
   Serie A: five victories at the end of 2001/2002 and two in
   2002/2003. here are the seven matches won, with another
   record: Gigi Buffon, who was on the pitch in every match,
   didn't concede any goal.
