Lippi: "I'm expecting a great Juve"

On Wednesday evening the Champions League will be back:
at Delle Alpi Juventus will host Basel, one of the revelations
of the competition.
Marcello Lippi:‘’We don't underestimate the match; I'm
expecingt a great Juventus, the one of the big events”.
Two weeks after the great comeback in La Coruna, Juventus
is ready to play again in the Group D of Champions League:
on Wednesday, for the second day of the second round of the
competition, whiteandblacks will host Basel.
Basel is one of the revelation of this edition of the Champions
League and will face for the first time whiteandblacks in an
official match.
"Basel is a team that impressed me–Lippi says–I could watch
it in the previous matches and also in the last game of
Switzerland League. They play with enthusiasm, and their game
is very quick. Ergic is a good player as the others, Yakin,
Rossi, Gimenez, Esposito and Atouba. We don't understimate them;
if a team is in the best Champions 16, it means something”.
"I'm expecting a great Juventus as happened in other important
matches of this year. The Champions League is our goal, we never
hide it”.
"We never felt unbeatable. We had a bad day in Brescia but it
happens. We made some mistakes but we are still motivated.
Trezeguet and Salas had some problems. Marcelo is an important
player for us. I played a lot and he'll go on doing it”.
