Lippi:"The match was positive from the start"

Also this time Marcello Lipi was satisfied: he received
what he had asked for at the eve of the match: a great Juve.
Against Basel Juventus made another“European”performance,
obtaining its fourth victory at Delle Alpi in Champions League,
without conceding any goal.
This time it came a great 4-0 against the Swiss team:
“The match started in a perfect way for us – the coach
confirmed – We scored after two minutes and we doubled after
a short while. Basel went on playing well and showing the same
good things showed in the previous matches.Only after the third
goal the match became easier. I'm happy, the results in Europe
are really positive and now we can set our mind for a while
only on the Serie A and Coppa Italia”.
Lippi was quite happy for the victory, the performance and
for another couple of reasons. First for Trezeguet's return:
“We're all very happy for David. He's a very important player
for us and his goal gave confidence to all of us”.
But, above all, he's happy for another reason, connected to
the first one:
“Finally I have nearly all the players available again and
we have to wait only for Tudor. For the first time, before
the match, I had 24 players and we couldn't nearly sit around
the same table. Till now we've done really well despite the
many players missing. Now things can only get better”.
