之前為了跟國外友人交換 bootleg，大約收過三、四百件包裹，
結論是：
從米國寄出的包裹，ROC 加不加都可以，只要地址裡面有個 Taiwan
就到的了；從澳洲寄出的包裹，如果加上 ROC 的話，有一半的機率
會被寄到大陸去；從東歐寄出的包裹比較討厭，如果加上 ROC 的話
，有很大的機率會先去大陸繞一圈；西歐倒是還好...
所以只寫 Taiwan 其實是最穩當的方法，幾乎可以保證收到，加上
ROC 就要依寄出國家的郵政素質來負點風險。
