其實中華民國從未退出聯合國

 一、 安 全 理 事 會 以 聯 合 國 十 五 會 員 國 組 織 之。 中 華 民 國、 法 蘭
 西、 蘇 維 埃 社 會 主 義 共 和 國 聯 盟、 大 不 列 顛 及 北 愛 爾 蘭 聯 合
王 國 及 美 利 堅 合 眾 國 應 為 安 全 理 事 會 常 任 理 事 國。 大 會 應 選
舉 聯 合 國 其 他 十 會 員 國 為 安 全 理 事 會 非 常 任 理 事 國， 選 舉 時
首 宜 充 分 斟 酌 聯 合 國 各 會 員 國 於 維 持 國 際 和 平 與 安 全 及 本 組
織 其 余 備 宗 旨 上 之 貢 獻， 並 宜 充 分 斟 酌 地 域 上 之 公 勻 分 配。

 The Security Council shall consist of fifteen Members of the United Nations.
The Republic of China, France, the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics, the
United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, and the United States
of America shall be permanent members of the Security Council. The General
Assembly shall elect ten other Members of the United Nations to be
non-permanent members of the Security Council, due regard being specially
paid, in the first instance to the contribution of Members of the United
Nations to the maintenance of international peace and security and to the
other purposes of the Organization, and also to equitable geographical
distribution.

中華民國一直在聯合國，只不過其代表權由中華人民共和國所取代。

在聯合國，中華民國即等同於中華人民共和國，這是無庸置疑的。

中華民國是不需要重返聯合國的，因為他一直都在。國民黨執政的時代，一直欺騙

人民，中華民國退出聯合國了，但是實際上並沒有。而近年來一直想要用中華民國的

名號重返聯合國，這跟本是在搞笑，聯合國內怎可能出現兩個中華民國呢@@

陳水扁他說要以"台灣"為名加入聯合國或許很難，但總比用"中華民國"加入好(機率0%)
