對於民進黨等泛綠政黨來說,這個提案可以提的更有技巧一些,
例如提出於「中華民國自由地區」出生者才能參選總統,
也就是民國38年前出生於中國大陸的人,如連宋等
都還是可以參選總統,但很不巧的馬英九出生在香港
所以這樣的提案就可以影響到馬的資格
但卻不會被批為針對外省族群

我想馬英九很可能是最後一個會受到這種文字遊戲影響的政治人物了
因為在他之後的政治人物,即使是外省籍,也多半出生於台灣
所以個人認為種條款未必不可行,但必須有較長的緩衝期
不能等到總統選前兩年才搞這種動作
