  Unicows.dll 抓取法：

http://www.microsoft.com/downloads

1. In the 'Product / Technology' list, click either 'Windows 95', 'Windows 98',

   or 'Windows ME'.

2. In the 'Keywords' text box, enter in 'Unicode'.

3. Click the 'Go' button.

4. Click the hyperlink 'Platform Software Development Kit Redistributable: Micr

osoft Layer for Unicode on Windows 95, 98, and Me Systems…'.

5. Follow the directions to download and install 'unicows.exe'.
