Jang Han Na (18) has become the next 'K-Pop Star 3' contestant to join YG
Entertainment!

YG Entertainment stated through a press release on the 8th, "Jang Han Na
joined YG Entertainment and has been receiving training as a trainee for
about a month."

"In the competitive music industry where many new artists and idol groups
pour in every year, being successful is as hard as going through the eye of a
needle. YG Entertaiment was able to have consecutive success with its
audition program artists Lee Hi and Akdong Musician, not because they are
recruited and made into YG artists but because YG accommodates to their ways."

"More than anything else, we bring out their strong points well and train
them not to be just singers but artists, which is the key to our success. For
example, the debut song '1,2,3,4' of Lee Hi, who has a soulful voice, was of
a metro-soul genre and we had Akdong Musician to create all the tracks
themselves on their debut album."

Jang Han Na won over the judges with her soulful voice and rose to the Top 8
of 'K-Pop Star 3'.
