室友(roomate)令人不爽的行為有：
leave the lights on 出門不關燈
don't take out trash
don't do their dishes 不洗碗
watches too much tv
watches tv too loud
hogs the computer 霸佔電腦
doesn't clean up after himself 不清理自己弄的東西
eats your food
doesn't pay rent
slams the door 大聲關(摔)門
tracks in mud 把外面的泥巴帶進房子裏
給討人厭的室友建議時可用的pattern：
I think you should...
You could always
How about
You should really
talk with him
set him stright 把他的壞習慣給改掉
tell him how you feel
set up some rules/boundaries
跟討人厭的室友吵架時：
I've had it up to here! 我忍無可忍了!
Give an inch and they'll take a mile. 得寸進尺
Enough's enough! 夠了!!(我不要再聽你任何的理由or解釋了)
Listen, we should talk
I'm sick of you always......
e.g. I'm sick of you always not taking out the trash and hogging
the bathroom every morning!
You're such a neat freak(怪人) / slob(笨拙的人).
Why don't you grow up?
Why don't act your age?
I'm not your mother, OK?
