(22-1-2011) Katherine Jackson has launched a legal battle with her son's
concert promoters, insisting they
were aware that life-threatening activities that were going on behind closed
doors at the star’s rented mansion, but chose to ignore it.

Katherine is suing AEG executives, the company behind Jackson's ill-fated
50-date concert run in London, for fraud and negligence.
凱瑟琳控告AEG有舞弊和疏忽
Jackson's personal physician, Dr. Conrad Murray, has been ordered to stand
trial on involuntary manslaughter charges, relating to the June, 2009 tragedy
and the superstar’s mom believes concert promoters knew exactly what Murray
was doing.
J媽表示 她相信AEG完全知道Murray到底在做了什麼
Katherine is challenging AEG’s motion to dismiss the wrongful death lawsuit
against the company.
AEG在日前訴請希望法院駁回J媽之前提出的控告 J媽再次發出不同意的聲明
In the documents, Katherine alleges AEG retained Dr. Murray for "an
exorbitant salary of $150,000 monthly,” and in return Murray agreed to “get
Jackson to attend rehearsals and perform.”
文件中 J媽表示AEG給了Murray一個月15萬美金的薪水 要Murray答應能使MJ能夠參加彩排
和演出
Her lawyers claim, “AEG should have known that the course of treatment being
administered by Dr. Murray was unorthodox and unsafe.”
J媽律師表示AEG該知道 Murray的治療是非正統和不安全的
