(10-1-2011) There was another big score for the prosecution as Dr. Murray's
cell phone and cell phone records were ruled admissible in court today.

This is day five of the multi-day preliminary hearing to decide whether Dr.
Conrad Murray will stand trial for involuntary manslaughter in the death of
music legend Michael Jackson.

Prosecutors intend to use the phone records to help create a detailed
timeline of Murray's actions on the day Jackson died.

Friday's testimony revealed Murray made several phone calls and texts before
he realized his patient was in trouble. One of those text was in the form of
an email sent to a British insurance agent assuring him that Michael Jackson
was in good health just 40 minutes before Murray realized the superstar had
stopped breathing, according to testimony on Monday.

Detective Orlando Martinez testified about an interview he conducted with

trying to ween Jackson off of Propofol - a drug he had been giving Jackson
almost every night for two months.
