標題[情報] 遺產公司 J家 拯救世界基金會大戰

遺產公司昨天發出了聲明如下
“We know that certain ludicrous statements were made recently that we won’t
personally dignify with a response. We will continue to do our best to uphold
and further the memory and legacy of Michael with the same passion that we
have always held for him. We appreciate all of the support for Michael from
his loyal and devoted fans.” - John Branca and John McClain, Co-Executors,

想說是發生了啥事 看了一下 基本上就是上面三個連結
大概簡單整理一下 如果要知道詳情 請看第三個連結 不過真的無敵之長
基本上遺產公司在之前針對了一個名為Heal the world foundation的機構發出控告
表示該機構不能使用MJ的標記來做宣傳 因為會誤導大眾 遺產公司並沒有授權這個機構
並且MJ在90年代的HTWF已經在多年前就關了但該機構組織者表示她有跟過MJ討論過
不過之前MJ的相關員工作證說她當年不斷騷擾MJ 還聲稱是天使要她去跟MJ合作= =
MJ還曾律師信警告過她 但J爸律師又說MJ曾口頭同意贊同過這個組織
去年底凱瑟琳突然和這組織搭上線 在不久前還帶小孩們上ABC電台宣傳這個機構
並且包括凱瑟琳 老喬還有Randy和PPB都成了這個組織委員會的一員
昨天就這個官司各方人物提出他們的證詞文件
第一大新聞是KJ表示遺產公司要HTWF拿掉MJ的標記是違反MJ的意願
並且說MJ明明就要把20%遺產贊助慈善機構 但遺產公司就該贊助何人的決定把她排除在外
她和Joe加入HTWF就是希望遺產公司撤銷告訴 但顯然沒用
還有MJ跟她說過多次他懼怕John Branca並且Branca偷他錢等
這個法律訴訟就是Branca能做出的邪惡事件 MJ會對這一切很火大
她和歐普拉還有之前ABC的訪問 有很多內容都因遺產公司而被剪掉
遺產公司代表律師則隨後表示傑克森家族對於要贊助何慈善機構完全沒有決定的權利
但凱瑟琳本人是可以提出他的意見來討論 並且表示遺產公司對KJ和MJ小孩們都一直很照顧
還說有人可能誤導KJ無意簽下了這樣的指責聲明
John Branca隨後的證詞文件中則表示
在MJ籌辦TII演唱會時 曾經授權某家紀念品公司他的各種商標 共295向相關產品
而在MJ過世後 這家公司繼續和遺產公司商討修正合約內容 在同時他們收到HTWF律師信
說他們擁有商標權而非遺產公司擁有 所以遺產公司就發出律師信要他們別侵犯MJ權利
Branca也指出Howard Mann, HTWF, J爸律師等的關係
並表示從MJ死後到去年十月遺產公司已經花了九百萬美金照料MJ的孩子和母親
還有MJ20%要捐給慈善的對象還未有最終決定
但不久之後KJ的律師發出聲明說凱瑟琳的聲明文件並不是她簽的
她不會對遺產公司作出這樣的聲明
而HTWF的律師則說他們像KJ的經紀人寄了聲明 而隨後還給他們KJ簽了名的文件
老喬的姪子同時也是處理KJ相關事務的人表示 他親眼看了KJ簽了文件
所以J家人生要再次上演了嗎??!!
就說凱瑟琳當初就該小心不該跟這什麼Howard Mann還有詭異慈善機構合作
現在看起來是要逆火反彈了 MJ死了 現在換成凱瑟琳變成標靶了
可想見MJ活著的時候每天是要處理這一堆狗屁倒灶的事情

Howard Mann跟HTWF合作是要取得HTWF裡MJ相關商標的使用權
他們認為MJ遺產中20%的資金該拿出來給他們
J爸律師說MJ是05年在打官司 所以口頭允許讓HTWF來代表他
現在J媽連諮詢的律師都開除了= = 越來越亂了
