Michael Jackson will appear at both the American Music Awards and the Grammy
Awards this year.The King of Pop will attend the 29th American Music Awards
on Wednesday, January 9th, at the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles.
The show will be broadcast live on ABC.During the evening, Michael Jackson
will receive the American Music Award Artist of the Century Award for his
outstanding achievements as a solo artist A live performance of 錊Man In The Mirror?is also scheduled.
Michael Jackson is also expected to attend the 44th Grammy Awards on
Wednesday, February 27, at the Staples Center in Los Angeles.
The show will be broadcast on CBS.Since INVINCIBLE was released in October,
it is not eligible for the Grammy Awards until next year.
Michael Jackson has therefore only one nomination for 斉est Male Pop Vocal
Performance?with 装ou Rock My World.?The other nominees in this category
are Craig David, Elton John, Brian McKnight and James Taylor
