落後十三分的第四節，國王沒有放棄。Pooh Jeter在剩下三點六秒的上籃幫助球隊追
平，進入延長賽，可惜最後還是功虧一籄。
Jeter的得手讓國王交出本季單節最高得分－四十三分。
但他們的防守也在兩節內丟掉七十八分。
"It was quite exciting if you like offense," said Kings coach Paul Westphal.
"Neither team could stop the other one. There were wild spurts both ways,
wild swings and a lot of shotmaking. It was a heartbreaker for us, but I'm
proud of our guys."

"He was unbelievable," Westphal said. "When he gets it going, he can score in

"We were playing zone, and he got like three or four three-point shots in the
corner, and we didn't look for him coming from behind," Kings guard Beno

"That's what I did in Houston, and that's what I'm used to doing," Landry
said. "And when I get the opportunity, I just want to make the best of it."

"I think we're settling into roles that fit not only the individual players
but the team lately," Westphal said. "I think we're seeing a lot more
efficiency offensively because of that."
